Dr Jessica Webb

Dr Webb has over 10 years’ experience in molecular biology and pathogen genomics. At the Menzies School of Health Research, she led genomic epidemiology investigations and AMR for enhancing public health surveillance and treatment of Darwin melioidosis (Burkholderia pseudomallei causative agent) patients – she has an honorary appointment at Menzies. She is now a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne and has expanded her Burkholderia work and is a lead Research Fellow working across AusPathoGen projects and leads the National AusPathoGen ethics.
